Privacy notice
Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Devqueuebase handles personal data in Thailand and when we work with students abroad.
Data controller
Devqueuebase is the data controller for this site and for program administration. Studio address: Street: 60 Sukhumvit 95/1 Bang Jark Phra Khanong; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10250; Country calling code: +66; Country: Thailand. Email: info@devqueuebase.digital. Phone: (02)3330115.
We process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and, where it applies to a particular student, other local rules. Our legal bases are: performing a contract (enrolment), legitimate interests (running a small teaching studio, securing the site, improving programs), consent (optional analytics cookies), and legal obligation (invoices and tax records).
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From enrolment: billing name, company, tax identifiers if you supply them, program choice, attendance notes, and homework submissions you choose to send. From the site: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as needed to operate and secure the host.
If you accept analytics cookies, we may see aggregated page paths. If you reject them, we do not use that optional measurement. See the cookies page.
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. Invoices are settled off-site by bank transfer or a processor we name in email.
How we use it
We reply to enquiries, administer seats, deliver Desk Access, critique homework, issue invoices, and keep a quiet alumni circle if you opt in. We do not sell personal data. We do not use student recordings from Practice Circle in public marketing without a separate written yes.
Retention
Contact form messages: up to 24 months after the last reply, unless a conversation becomes a contract. Enrolment and invoice records: at least 5 years to meet Thai accounting expectations, then deleted or archived in reduced form. Homework and recordings you upload: until 90 days after the program ends, unless you ask us to return or delete them sooner and no legal hold applies. Server logs: typically 90 days. Cookie consent choice: until you clear localStorage or we change the storage key and ask again.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA and any applicable foreign law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data in a portable format. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics without losing access to the site or to a paid program. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; we will stop unless we have a compelling ground or a legal duty.
Write to info@devqueuebase.digital. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.
International transfers
Our studio and primary files sit in Thailand. Email, fonts, and hosting may involve processors outside Thailand (for example regional cloud regions or a font CDN). When we transfer personal data abroad, we do so with a contract that requires appropriate safeguards, and only as needed to run the site or deliver a program. Students outside Thailand should expect their enquiry to be read in Bangkok.
If a Practice Circle requires us to view recordings stored in your company’s region, we follow your transfer instructions and do not copy those files into our public library.
Security and children
We use access control on student materials and limit staff who can open homework. No method is perfect; tell us quickly if you suspect misuse. Programs are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top is the version marker. Material changes affecting enrolled students will also go by email.
