Devqueuebase trains product and growth teams to evaluate session quality — whether the user completed the job, where friction appeared, how they recovered, and whether the path matched what they came to do.

★★★★☆
Clear scorecards and honest homework. The replay volume is heavy if your tooling is still a trial account — budget extra desk time.

Cohort practice on replay, quality scores, and writing a limitation into every readout.
How to sample recordings without hiding rage taps or over-weighting power users.
Name the stalls that look like “drop-off” but are actually recoverable hesitation.
How the studio teaches
Every exercise starts with a recording or a reconstructed event path. Students write a quality judgement before they open the dashboard, then compare. The gap between those two reads is the lesson.
We work in English with Thai product examples — super-app wallets, grocery checkout, and government e-services — because those journeys expose session quality faster than toy funnels.

Sukhumvit studio
Devqueuebase sits in Phra Khanong. Students come from banks, marketplaces, and ride-hailing ops rooms across Thailand. Evening cohorts start after the BTS rush so analysts can still close their day jobs.
If you cannot travel, Desk Access ships the scorecards and annotated recordings. The Lab still prefers people in the room — arguing about a single rage tap is harder on a muted call.
How the studio is runWe do not sell dashboards. If your stack is Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or a warehouse of raw events, the method still applies. Tooling is a means; the judgement is the product.

Journal
A long session can be a trapped user. A short one can be a finished job.
PromptPay hops and KYC retries look like abandonment until you watch the session.
Random 5% samples flatter calm users. Bias the draw toward struggle.
