Session Integrity Lab
Eleven evening weeks in Phra Khanong, or hybrid. You will leave able to score a session, defend the score, and write the limitation that keeps you honest.
Who it is for
Product analysts, growth analysts, and UX researchers who already have a replay tool or a warehouse of events. If you cannot open a recording this week, wait for Desk Access or instrument first.
We admit people from banks, marketplaces, ride-hailing, and public e-services. We do not admit vendor sales engineers into the same room as paying students.

- Week 1–2 · Reconstruct, then watch Build a path from events only. Compare it to the recording. Catalogue the mismatches.
- Week 3–4 · Four-signal scoring Completion, friction, recovery, intent match. Write warrants. Ban vanity words.
- Week 5 · Sampling Design a draw that does not hide rage taps. Compare random 5% to struggle-biased 5%.
- Week 6–7 · Thai journey patterns PromptPay hops, National ID OCR, 7-Eleven barcode, multi-profile family booking.
- Week 8 · Quality charter Draft the rules your own app will use. Guest critique from a PM.
- Week 9 · Drift Separate mix shift from regression after a release.
- Week 10 · Readout craft Place scores beside funnels. Lead with the limitation.
- Week 11 · Defence Present one journey to a sceptical guest. No slide theatre.
Learning outcomes
- Score a session on four signals with a written warrant for each.
- State a limitation that would change the score if new evidence arrived.
- Design a replay sample that over-represents struggle without becoming a horror reel.
- Explain a Thai cross-app payment hop without calling it abandonment by default.
- Stand up a quality charter that product and CX can both sign.

Arun Devakula
Arun spent nine years in product analytics at a Bangkok super-app, including the wallet and bill-pay lanes. He left to teach because readout meetings kept celebrating duration while support queues filled with OTP failures.
Maliwan Choosri joins weeks 6–7 on local journey patterns. She previously led CX research for a regional grocery app.
Informational fee

The fee covers critique, the guest PM in week 11, and Desk Access for a year. It does not cover replay licences, travel, or dinner after class.
FAQ
Do you teach tracking plans from zero?
No. That is a real limitation of the Lab. We do not teach you how to instrument a tracking plan from scratch. If your event dictionary is missing core journey events, you will spend the first two weeks catching up outside class hours. Apply later, or start with Desk Access while you instrument.
How much homework?
Plan for six hours of replay a week. Some students log more. If your tool is still a trial with tiny sample, homework takes longer — that is on the tooling, not the syllabus.
Can my whole team join?
Two seats in a public Lab is fine. More than three, look at Practice Circle so you are not occupying a third of a mixed cohort.
What if I miss a week?
Recordings of the room discussion are not provided. Notes and scorecards are. Miss two weeks and we will suggest deferring to the next intake rather than drifting.
Useful, stern on write-ups. I wanted more time on warehouse SQL and less on warrant sentences. That was not the Lab I signed up for, and Arun said so on day one.
